PATIENT PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with HIPAA regulations and for the protection of our patients’ privacy, we can neither confirm nor deny the residency of any patients currently at our facilities. Only when the patient has listed you on their consent for release form will a case manager contact you with pertinent patient information. This case manager will continue to provide progress updates as needed until the time of discharge.

Additionally, if a patient has been granted visitation rights, the family is allowed to pick them up at the front of the property but family members and friends are prohibited from setting foot on that property. This is to protect the privacy and anonymity of the rest of our clients.

RELEASE OF PATIENT INFORMATION

Any information about patients is confidential and unable to be release unless the inquirer is listed on the patient’s consent form. This includes information concerning their progress within their program and any medical records.
